How to make laundry bombs with your own hands?

Making washing bombs doesn't take long. You can make 20-25 tablets in 30 minutes. The supply is enough for about a month of washing without worries and hassle. Steps for making bombs with your own hands:

  1. Grate the soap on a fine grater. It should be washing soap, laundry soap or other. To make the work easier, the block can be heated in the microwave (5-10 seconds) or left on the radiator for a couple of hours. After this, the soap will be easily grated.
  2. Mix soap shavings with baking soda.
  3. Slowly introduce hydrogen peroxide. It needs to be poured in in a thin stream, constantly stirring the base.
  4. Add flavoring (essential oils, fragrances). You can skip this point.
  5. Pour vinegar into the mixture and mix thoroughly again. The result is a mass with grains, reminiscent of slightly damp sand.
  6. Line a counter with parchment paper and use a measuring spoon to form bombs.
  7. Leave them for 2 hours.
  8. Mix vinegar and water in equal proportions and brush the bombs with a soft brush.
  9. Leave overnight. During this time, they will be completely dry and ready for storage and use.

There are many recipes for washing bombs. Some ingredients can be changed. But at the same time, it is important to maintain the proportions so that they do not crumble and perform their task well.

  • Washing soap. Brown laundry soap cleans clothes best. But it doesn't smell very nice. Therefore, many housewives prefer green or beige soap without a pronounced aroma.
  • Soda. Baking soda gently washes things, while baking soda is effective. When working with the latter you need to use gloves. You can add any soda, or you can mix them.
  • Vinegar. Vinegar 6 or 9% is suitable.It acts as a conditioner and softens the fabric. Vinegar also helps fight lime deposits in the washing machine.

  • grated laundry soap – 0.5 tbsp;
  • soda ash or Borax - 1.5 tbsp;
  • magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • hydrogen peroxide 3% – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • table vinegar 6-9% – 5 tbsp. spoon;
  • essential oil (optional) – 10 drops.

"Universal"

Traditional laundry bombs. They cope well with fresh stains and are suitable for linen and clothes (including children's). Recipe:

  • baking soda - 1 tbsp.;
  • soda ash - 0.5 tbsp;
  • white washing soap (shavings) – 0.5 tbsp.;
  • table rock salt – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • hydrogen peroxide 3% – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • vinegar 6% – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • water – 1 tbsp. spoon.
